When clarity matters most

I've spent the last 15 years studying what separates good decisions from great ones—and more importantly, what causes smart people to make poor choices when it matters most.

My journey into decision science started during my time as a management consultant, where I watched brilliant executives struggle with seemingly straightforward choices. The pattern was clear: when stakes were high and pressure was intense, even the most capable leaders would default to familiar but ineffective decision-making habits.

This led me to dive deep into cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, and neuroscience research. I wanted to understand not just how we should make decisions, but why we often don't—and what we can do about it.

Today, I work with senior leaders and their teams to develop the clarity, confidence, and systems needed to consistently make excellent decisions under pressure. My approach combines rigorous research with practical frameworks that actually work in the real world.

I believe that decision-making is a learnable skill, and that with the right frameworks and practice, anyone can dramatically improve their ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty.

Core Philosophy

The principles that guide everything I do

Clarity Over Complexity

The best decisions come from clear thinking, not complex analysis. I help you cut through noise to focus on what truly matters.

Process Over Personality

Great decision-making isn't about having the right personality—it's about having the right process. Anyone can learn these skills.

Action Over Analysis

Perfect information is a myth. I teach you how to make confident decisions with incomplete data and move forward with conviction.
